Beyond the Spike-4 week Online Group Program

A 4-week online program to understand your glucose and make informed nutrition choices conducted by two passionate Nutritionists!

Ever wondered why you crash after lunch, crave sweets at 3 pm, or feel wiped out after a meal that “should” have been healthy? Over four weekly live sessions, you’ll learn how to read your own blood sugar numbers and use them to build meals and habits that work for your body.

Why Blood Sugar Matters?

Energy
Swings in blood sugar can leave you tired, foggy and hungry, even when you’re eating enough.

Hormones
Blood sugar and insulin are closely tied to hormone balance, which is especially relevant for PCOS/PMOS, insulin resistance and perimenopause.

Inflammation
Frequent, large glucose spikes are linked to higher inflammation in the body, which can affect how you feel day to day.

Cravings and mood
What goes up quickly often comes down fast, which can drive cravings, irritability and the 3 pm slump.

Who it’s for

Women who want steadier energy, fewer cravings, and a clearer picture of how food affects them, including those with insulin resistance, PCOS (now known as PMOS), or diabetes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a glucometer to join?
No, it’s optional, but highly encouraged. Testing shows you how your body responds to food instead of relying on general rules. If you’d rather not test, you’ll still get the lessons, handouts, recipes, and group support.

What do I need to buy, and what does it cost?
A glucometer, test strips, and lancets, all available at most pharmacies. Meters are usually inexpensive, and the ongoing cost is mainly the strips (about $__ for a box of 50). After you register, we’ll send a shopping list and a short how-to video so you’re ready for week 1.

Do I need a diagnosis to join?
No. The program is for anyone curious about blood sugar, energy, and cravings, whether or not you have a diagnosis. It’s also a good fit if you have PCOS/PMOS, insulin resistance, or diabetes.

I have diabetes or take medication. Can I still join?
Yes, but please check with your doctor first, especially if you take insulin or other glucose-lowering medication, as dietary changes can affect your levels. We’ll ask about this on your registration form. This program is educational and works alongside your healthcare team, not in place of it.

Who is this program not suited for?
If you’re pregnant or have a history of disordered eating, we recommend one-on-one support instead, since tracking numbers isn’t right for everyone. Reach out and we’ll help you find the best fit.

Will I have to test all the time?
No. We focus on a few key tests, like fasting and after selected meals, so you learn your patterns without it becoming a burden. By week 4, you’ll have a plan that doesn’t depend on daily testing.

What if I can’t make a live session?
Sessions are recorded and shared with the group, so you can catch up on your own time. You can also ask questions in the WhatsApp group.

How does the WhatsApp group work?
It’s a private, supportive space for questions, wins, and meal ideas between sessions. We’ll check in regularly, but it isn’t for urgent medical concerns.

What happens after the 4 weeks?
You’ll leave with your own handouts, recipes, and a personalized plan. We’ll also let you know about future programs, and you’re welcome to book a one-on-one session if you want more support.

What’s the refund policy?
Full refund, minus a small admin fee, up to 7 days before the start date.

How do I register?
Click the ‘PAY’ button, complete payment, and fill out a short intake form. Spaces are limited to 10, so they’re first come, first served.
