Ramadan Reset Program is a 5-week online nutrition experience designed to help you feel energized, nourished, and prepared throughout Ramadan — without falling into the usual pitfalls of sluggishness, headaches, heartburn & weight gain.

Spend an hour with me every Saturday 11am-12pm CST from Feb 7th- March 7th 2026 to learn functional nutrition principles, practical meal planning while enjoying culturally familiar foods to help you support your body during fasting.

No. Supplements are optional and suggested for educational purposes only. Participation in the program does not require purchasing supplements.

Will sessions be recorded?

Yes. Live sessions will be recorded and shared with participants.
Recordings will be available for a limited time (up to 7 days) after each session.

What if I can’t attend live?

You are encouraged to attend live for Q&A and discussion, but recordings will be available if you are unable to join in real time.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the live and digital nature of this program, all sales are final. Refunds are not available once the program has started or materials have been accessed. Cancellations requested before the program start date may be eligible for a refund minus a $25 administrative processing fee.

Is the program transferable?

No. Registration is non-transferable and intended for individual use only.

Is this program only for participants in the US and Canada?

No. The Ramadan Reset Program is open to participants worldwide.

All sessions are conducted online via Zoom, and program materials are shared digitally. Supplement suggestions, where discussed, will be optional and adapted for different regions, including the US, Canada, and the UK.
