What is Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritional Therapy is a field of nutrition that helps people understand how the food they eat impacts their mind and body.
Nutritional Therapists employ the philosophies of Functional Medicine to identify the root cause of symptoms and address them with food, supplements and lifestyle suggestions. Instead of symptom management we support the organ systems, look at the body as a whole and understand that everything is connected!
Working with me will be an education process where I will both learn and teach you about yourself; you'll find out how to listen to your body and interpret its message. Ultimately, you will be empowered to support your own bio-individuality.
I will work on what we like to call the foundations, which include:
There is no magic potion nor pill to help you lose weight or gain energy. It takes time, consistency and patience to come out the other end. This does not mean you have to be perfect or give up the foods you love, it just means that you must truly WANT to feel and BE better! Remember....
